Closed local office after purchasing the company.

I left the company after the merger/purchase for I just felt that they would close the local office and leave all employees without a job. I left before it actually did close (4 months later).

Pros and Cons
NONE that I could see.
Looked at all employees as a NUMBER and left them hanging without any regard do their service.
