I have nothing to share. The manager and tech support is a joke. They are not understanding of work life balance. It is one of those places where it is who you know matters on promotions. Most of my colleagues HATED working there. One person in 5 years bearly a $2.00 raise, in 5 years! Not the place people think it is. Regret taking the job.
Pros and Cons
Parking, desk, bathroom, paycheck, not much to brag about at all. Look somewhere else.
Not the great place to work that people think it is. Benefits are not good either.

NOT a good company! Everything is manual even though they are a health care tech company. Senior leadership is doing a very poorly in regards to change mgmt post Oracle acquisition - many are jumping ship as it’s sinking. Terrible benefits!!!
Pros and Cons
NOTHING!!!
Terrible benefits! Bonus structure is poor; cost of healthcare comes super high deductibles.
