Ceva bullies employees into working shifts and hours they don’t want to. When they are understaffed, they run the employees into the ground. The health and well being of the employees seemingly is not important to Ceva.

Pros and Cons
Average pay.
Ceva doesn’t honor their promises or commitments.

Very unprofessional. Only want to have fun regardless of the quality of work. Went on a leadership retreat and the director and most of the branch heads of brokerage in different divisions of the US got drunk, loud and sloppy. From that point, i realized this was negative for people that are hard workers and want to succeed. You will be left behind if you don't drink "the brokerage heads and management kool aid". I proved this but not drinking the kool aid and getting fired.

Pros and Cons
Hybrid work
Management rather play than work

Love the job, but like any place you work there is favoritism, but this job takes the cake. Someone can do or say something to anyone yet you may get disciplined and not the other person. Worst Union ever a bunch of cry babies over tedious stuff, example I want that forklift. Can make complaints against someone for some kind of harassment, but if you are not liked it disappears.

Pros and Cons
Great money and Benefits
Union can run all over a non-union person and nothing happen.

It was so amazing in the warehouse as picker but sometimes you will not find it easy because CPT. Due to higher customer order in the system. So you suppose to work hard to reach your target of the day and also make sure you will made too much mistakes in the warehouse....

I worked with Ceva Logistics as operations assistant for 7 months. When I got another job, I gave them a two weeks resignation notice and Ceva instatly told me to stop coming to work because I told them i was Leaving. That was really cruel and unprofessional. A couple friends had thesame experience. The benefit was not attractive and they even cheated me of my PTOs.

Pros and Cons
There was free parking lots
There was a lot of favoritism game

Not a company you can grow with. There is no work life balance at Ceva. Could be a better job if there was better communications and realistic goals.

Pros and Cons
Stepping stone for betfer job elsewhere
Employees are considered replaceable as you are a number not an asset or person
