CEVA Logistics is a global logistics and supply chain company which was founded in 2007 as a merger of TNT Logistics and EGL Eagle Global Logistics with its headquarters based in Marseille, France. The company deals in both freight management and contract logistics with US$7 billion revenues and its head office is located in Baar, Switzerland. CEVA had over 56,000 employees working in 17 regional clusters operating from 160 countries in early May 2018, it also declared plans for an IPO in April 2018. The company was taken by CMA CGM Group which is a french container transportation and shipping company and after the takeover, CMA CGM Group held 97.89 percent of the outstanding shares. It is a people business and fosters an excellence in culture, but without its employees it would mean absolutely nothing. Its vision is to become an undisputed world leading reference in the logistics industry and the mission of the company is to unlock value at every step of the supply chain.

Love the job, but like any place you work there is favoritism, but this job takes the cake. Someone can do or say something to anyone yet you may get disciplined and not the other person. Worst Union ever a bunch of cry babies over tedious stuff, example I want that forklift. Can make complaints against someone for some kind of harassment, but if you are not liked it disappears.

It was so amazing in the warehouse as picker but sometimes you will not find it easy because CPT. Due to higher customer order in the system. So you suppose to work hard to reach your target of the day and also make sure you will made too much mistakes in the warehouse....

I worked with Ceva Logistics as operations assistant for 7 months. When I got another job, I gave them a two weeks resignation notice and Ceva instatly told me to stop coming to work because I told them i was Leaving. That was really cruel and unprofessional. A couple friends had thesame experience. The benefit was not attractive and they even cheated me of my PTOs.

Worse job experience i have ever had in my working career. To much of a workload that doesnt match your pay. And you do not receive enough hours a week i work 6 days a week and struggle to get close to 40 hours. And all they can say is sorry. This is not a place for anyone aith a family and bills to working.

It’s very unprofessional a lot of Supervisors not knowing there job and making the order planner do they reports and supervision have they pick and chosen who they like and don’t like i came to work with the flu , pregnant and they still tried to denied my off days this place just a headache and the money not worth it
