Being in charge of the company’s finances as Chief Financial Officers (CFO), we have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of the financial activities of a company. This requires business planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and negotiations. Our job also extends to investor relations, stakeholder management, and partnership compliance. Working as CFO, we collaborate across departments and with senior management within the company.
