During the period from (1981-1995) they were only doing simple stampings with 300 employees and then the company gradually developed to make Light Assembly and Modular Assembly and present they even do Mixed Metal Assembly while maintaining its values culture and competitiveness as a fast-growing company in the United States. Challenge Manufacturing Company is an employee-owned Company created in 1997 and it allows to maintain a collaborative and teamwork-oriented culture with ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and allows the team members to share in the value and earned by the company. Today Challenge Manufacturing Company has become the 42nd place in ESOP Company in the United States.
