Chamberlain College of Nursing

I loved the philosophy they stated they had for employees. The president of the College got great recognition for her leadership and care for her staff. She even wrote a book on the subject that got great reviews. Unfortunately, her values were not always followed by managers, and as she was about retire, the approach to self care and work life balance seemed to be thrown out entirely. My tenure ended after 4 years because the production numbers kept going up, external factors we could not control restricted our ability to reach anything close to those numbers, and they changed territory configurations almost annually (which made establishing and maintaining any rapport with client organizations impossible).
