I have supported critical implementation systems called Interqual Connect in multiple hospital utilization management groups nationally and the product and colleagues are the best. Now I am one of the Engagement Managers responsible for implementing a most advanced and effective claims adjudication support system for healthcare payers. After being in claims for many years I say this is the best in the industry.

Constantly under the microscope of leaders for use of time. Accountability is important but this company was more intersted in every second of our day than what we needed to improve our work. The salary wasn’t worth the frustration.

This company will listen and respect your life situations. They did a lot for me and I learned the Epic system, you learn about really who you are and what you can push yourself to do.

I worked for Change Healthcare formerly Chamberlin Edmonds for alomost 10 years met a lot of great people

There is a class action suit in progress against Change healthcare for unpaid wages and forcing their employees to work through breaks and overtime without pay. Don't apply to this hell hole.

Lack of communication with management, Got to be willing to figure out things for yourself without direction. Be able to work in a stressful environment.

Over seas can do it better, cheaper. Not appreciate after working at this location for eighteen years.
