What does a Channel Account Manager do?

As Channel Account Managers, we ensure that the business projections are accurate and that generated leads by the marketing departments are adequately followed up while ensuring that promotions and incentives are implemented by the sales department. We also maintain various files on the AP/AR database as directed by the lead auditor and perform updates such as additions or deletions in the database when required. We ensure that the company maintains a share in the marketplace by regularly analyzing new market trends and competitors’ behavior.
