About Charter Coordinator

What does a Charter Coordinator do?

In the role of Charter Coordinator, we are responsible for confirming the trips with clients and pricing their trips. We are accountable for assigning the proper pricing lists to our customers. To ensure the provision of the best possible customer service, we not only prepare trip sheets for our clients but also put in all the details including trip descriptions, trip prices and locations with directions in the sheets. Functioning as Charter Coordinators, we are accountable for keeping proper records of different reps with us and reporting them to the charter managers to keep them aware of the latest changes in the previous records. We work coordinatively within the charter department of our organisation to complete all the tasks timely and effectively.

  • communicating with the customers
  • understanding the main requirements of our customers
  • providing proper information about customers trips
  • sharing the price and other details about the trips
  • performing other duties as assigned by our managers
