The undervalue there employees, they have a high turn over rate and you can forget about taking off or using pro time for vacations sucks leave etc. the ddo and her boss care about there pockets and numbers and less about there employees having lives etc. it’s just a horrible place to work.

Not sure but there is a lot that needs to change if they expect to continue to grow business

Not worth the headaches you will have to deal with from the higher ups. If working here is your only option to keep from starving then go for it... otherwise, not worth it at all.

requirements from corporate mean your job is to extort money from people
