What does a Chef do?

Being Chefs, our core responsibility is to oversee all the diverse aspects of food preparation in the kitchens. We manage the entire food production from its planning stage to its preparation stage. Our main goal is to ensure the highest possible quality standards of the foods. Working as Chefs, we are accountable for preparing the desired dishes of the restaurant owners based on the taste and requirements of their customers. We plan food menus and also prepare cost budgets for them. We verify that the prepared food is in accordance with the given budget yet nutritious.

Core tasks:

  • testing new recipes before implementing the professionally
  • overseeing the kitchen operations
  • training the newly hired cooks
  • preparing menus for events and restaurants
  • providing improvement suggestions for enhancing the quality
