What does a Chemical Operator do?

As Chemical Operators, we maintain heavy machines and equipment for chemical processing operations. We inspect machinery for any malfunctions, perform immediate repairs, and replace defective components as needed. Our job involves carefully handle chemicals, observe the mixing process, and support process development by assisting with strategic procedures to maximize productivity and plan initiatives. We ensure safety protocols of the production, especially on storing chemicals, recording information to the database, and operating machines. It also includes adding chemicals and dyes together to achieve desired specification or a color result. We comply with required policies, procedures, quality standards, good manufacturing practices, and safety environmental regulations.
