Chicago-Kent College of Law is one of the oldest law schools located in Illinois; it offers traditional legal subjects and specialized doctor of jurisprudence degrees including other programs in intellectual property law and labor, and employment law. It was established in 1888 it specializes in the following programs: criminal litigation, business law, environmental and energy law, public interest law and employment law. It has 74 full-time faculties, and its members influence legal, social and political discourse all over the world. The school has programs that have a long and successful history in competitions. The school’s mission is to educate students for the practice that contributes to academic and public policy discourse on a variety of legal problems.
