Chicanos Por La Causa non-profit community development corporation for the Chicago Community. It is Arizona's charity agency. It was established in 1969 and began with a group of student and community activists who pushed back against racial discrimination. The headquarter is located in Phoenix, Arizona, United States. CPLC's mission is to promote stronger and healthier communities throughout Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico, serving more than 200,000individuals and families each year. The corporation is committed to building a strong, healthy community as a lead advocate, coalition builder, and direct service provider in economic development, housing, education, and integrated health and human services for the Chicago community and its people.
