Its like one of the best and most organized food place i ever worked at my enitire 2 years tht i worked there

The overall job experience was great. Coworkers were nice, customers weren’t awful 95% of the time, wasn’t too demanding, good pay, but recently management became a problem. They refused to try and respect employees requests, not just mine, and acted as if our time didn’t mean to much. To management, the custom mattered more than us, when it should be a fair balance.

The managers have no respect for the people who work under them. Different stores do different task and are ran differently.

The team leaders frequently went on power trips. The operator would watch the cameras on his phone and call the store, making corrections which felt creepy being watched. The operator would jump in if things were going slow which would be fine if he still knew how to do the job effectively. He'd get more frustrated, crowd the baggers and make it more difficult to get the orders out correctly. Overall bad work environment and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I worked at CFA when I was 16 years old & pregnant. I always looked forward to going to work after school. & they definitely spoiled me & also worked around my schooling & appts

I wouldn't work longer than 3 months. Never get any breaks and am underappreciated for all the work I did.

I was Underpaid, In the interview I was told $15 and they only paid me $13 and no one had plans on fixing the problem

I enjoyed my time at Chick-fil-A because everyone was really respectful, talented, and willing to work as a team. I was shy at the beginning but overall ended up having a great time getting to join the crew and meeting new faces everyday. Management there was great and I’d definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Worse place I ever worked in my life I wouldn’t recommend anyone to work for Chick fil a in Killeen. From the Owner to the Director to the person in charge of HR was horrible. They turn the people that works from them against each they make the work area a very hostile environment. The pay was awful. Everything about this place is negative.

Started with CFA as a teenager and worked my way up to management. Pay and benefits were good compared with industry norms.

Before I was a mom, I worked nearly seven days a week and 13 plus hours a day. Good pay but no life. Then I became a mom stayed at home with my son and then we adopted four kids. So crazy right, so when the youngest started preschool to fill my time I worked for chick Fil a. They let me work around my kids school hours during the day and I was off in time to pick up from school. My biggest thing being home with kids was homework and listening about there day, Chick Fil a gave me that opportunity.

It is a fun and talkative job you meet a lot of people and have fun talking and sharing stories and being able to be with people

I worked at cfa for about 2 years , good experience overall. It was my first job as a teen and it helped me gain alot of experience. Can be tough but gets better.
