As Chiefs of Police, we supervise the operations of the entire Police Department. We conduct training of police officers whenever necessary. We develop policies under the guidance of the City Council. Our job is to conduct a thorough investigation of the cases to decrease crime. As Chiefs of Police, we attend the press conference to answer media queries. Working with the City Council, we frame the budget for the Police Department. We are also engaged in developing programs that can prevent criminal activities. Our job also includes writing case reports about the investigation. We manage police officers as well as detective teams.
