As Child Advocates, we provide the court with objective information and recommendations about the best interests of the child. We provide care and steady support for children and youth as they go through court proceedings and counseling sessions. We help offer crisis-counseling for children and youth who have experienced trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, or any other challenges. We evaluate the child’s environment to check for any dangers that might affect the upbringing of a child and counsel parents or guardians on how the environment should look like. We also maintain all children's records and follow up on any cases.
