It was founded in 1976 and its headquarters is located in Chatsworth, California. It offers the following programs: resource libraries, home visiting, workforce development, financial care assistance, head start preschool and motherhood. It provides services to more than 50000 children and families. The organization allows parents to go to work knowing their children are in safe hands. Its mission is to cultivate families and children’s well being. Their Core values are: excellence, innovation, respect, collaboration and dedication.
