The Child Mind Institute is an independent, national nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families struggling with mental health and learning disorders. The Child Mind Institute team works every day to deliver the care, advance the science of the developing brain and empower parents, professionals and policymakers to support children when and where they need it most. Give children and adolescents access to the best, most effective clinical care when and where they need it most. Advance the science of the developing brain to improve diagnosis and treatment. The Child Mind Institute provides useful and accurate information that empowers families and communities to get help. The institute education and outreach teams develop free tools and information to empower families and educators, as well as, raising awareness, reducing stigma and enabling open and honest conversations.
