About Child Therapist

What does a Child Therapist do?

As Child Therapists, we evaluate and diagnose children with psychological disorders. By conducting interviews and carefully communicating with children, we help them recover from psychological disorders such as traumas and phobias. We help children and their families return to a normal and happy lifestyle. After analyzing their problem, we prepare personalized treatment plans keeping in mind sensitive nature of children. It is our job to assist the children in following the treatment plan appropriately for maximum results. We also keep an eye on the recovery process of a child and make certain amendments in the treatment plan where necessary. Documenting the assessment and treatment process of a child is our responsivity.

Core tasks:

  • conduct interviews to identify psychological problems faced by the children
  • design and implement special treatment plan for children suffering from psychological disorders
  • observe the treatment process and suggest improvements where needed
  • document the whole recovery process including evaluations and treatment plan
