This facility is an amazing place to work! The staff and patients are amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. However, laboratory management at the time was horrible. The lab manager was very condescending and rude. A couple of the more veteran phlebotomists were also racist and rude. It’s unfortunate that a few bad apples can tarnish an experience. Instead of correcting behavior from the few, it was covered up and tolerated based on tenure.

Pros and Cons
Great environment and coworkers
Poor lab management, lack of accountability

When I worked in the office, if you were a lazy worker and didn't do your job as well as others, it was ok because the hard workers would pick up the slack. It was unfair to the good workers. Not to mention the not so "good" workers would still get raises! I found that there were a lot of managers that were "bullies" here too. I worked there for almost 12 years, and there were three managers I knew of that were bullies, one that was fired over the years that I was there, and one I had where I would go home and cry after work, and another that my niece worked for at one of the clinics. I would not recommend working in the finance department.

Pros and Cons
Friendly coworkers, hours were great and pay wasn't too bad.
Management acted like they were high and mighty, no training structure either.
