This was a great place to work with a great mission and great people. Unfortunately, the management changed hands and the medical center was closed down and sold off piecemeal. Such a loss to the community.

Loved the children I took care of. Had some health issues arise with myself and my child and didn’t have the support I thought I should have had. Instead they was more than supportive to write me up for missing time or want to let me go of paper work wasn’t done. Took a lot of blame for others. Couldn’t take certain days off of the week and if I wanted vacation it was based off everyone else’s time and what days they didn’t work. So if it interfered with that my time was denied. Never had an exit interview. My managers were not supportive at all. But of course they had their favorites. So if you are considered a favorite they would jump through hoops for you.

Pros and Cons
The experience and the children.
Managers not very supportive. Time off when requested is not to very well managed.
