I had some problems with one of the bosses and was treated not nicely, nor professionally, and when a co-worker would leave they would mount their job into yours without any warning or compensation.
Pros and Cons
Good Team Work
parking option is very limited and the supervisor some of them were not nice.

Deceitful, hateful, managers and directors only working to get a bonus and will walk all over you or put you down or write you up and even fire you to get ahead or feel important and get a bigger bonus.
A human resource department that works AGAINST the employee just supports leaders.
Overworked and under appreciated is how you’ll be treated.
Horrible location, off-site parking
Pros and Cons
You can work there for over 30 years and leave one day unnoticed nothing will be done
Managers. HR. Lack of trust. Location. Parking. Traffic. Treatment of front line staff awful !

I started out has a clerk and worked my way up to supervisor and then manager. I would oversee clericals for Pediatrics/Adolescents/Surgery/Cardiac/Geriatric and Immunology clinics. We have a very supportive team members. I worked closely with the Drs and Nurses. This was a very rewarding job.
Pros and Cons
Putting smiles on patients faces
Sometimes it was hard to show empathy when a child would die of AIDS

Working in pediatric surgery clinic.
Pre-registration, registration and scheduling patients. We had patients from all over the world that would come to our surgery clinic. For me, that was exciting to me parents and their children from across the country. You have to love children and children with disabilities. I enjoyed coming to work each and everyday. You have to have lots of empathy to work this clinic.
Pros and Cons
You get to meet patients from all over the world
Lots of empathy and not sympathy
