I’ve been working with chipotle for about a year and a half. I wanna say the time I was working was good for the most part. The huge issue was the roach infestation. Every time I come to work I would feel uncomfortable. My health is much more important and keeping my family safe and that’s why I left and could no longer keep working there.

Pros and Cons
Pay was good. I got along with my crew well.
Very dirty with rodents running around.

They tell you, you get bonuses. In reality it’s really hard to hit the goal the company sets. Especially when salary managers expect shift leaders to go above and beyond and run a whole store with 2-4 people

Hours cut in order for the gm or field leader to get bonuses.

Day 1, no trainer to go through orientation. No shoulder to shoulder training that they preach so hard about. They allow racist managers and would prefer to lose hard workers than get rid of toxic management. I trained myself to become a manager. I was never trained in grill or prep. My partner was in the same boat except he had training in grill. Then he was fired because we didn't have any openers and he called out of his shift. My GM told me I needed to change and get on board (aka join in on the high school drama-fest) or "BYE". They silence those who stand up for themselves and praise the ones that are bad for business.

Pros and Cons
Literally nothing besides the pay.
Everything.

My job at chipotle is to serve food in the line and ask costumers how they are doing and what I can get started for them, you learn how to be patient and how to deal with customers. You put your cleaning skills to practice since is an essential thing in any restaurant.

Do not waste your time with this company, literally the most unhappy I've ever been in my life was when I worked here. Not only the customers are a pain in the butt, the management has no interest in helping you! I was bent over in pain due to period cramps during one shift once and begging in tears to go home, and my manager Madison Hulse rolled her eyes at me and just handed me her manager card to clock out, you'd think as a woman she'd understand what I was going through.

I worked at Chipotle for over a year and at first it was pretty great. The training seemed good and I was getting the hang of everything. Unfortunately, I started to notice the poor management and the inability of management to keeps things at a solid work level. People became unprofessional and I was asked to do far more than my job description with no increase in pay. I was overworked and under appreciated up until I decided to quit.
