Chipotle Company Reviews and Ratings
Kitchen manager

The people they are very racist. I went from a dishwasher to kitchen manager in less than eight months but once I reach that position, I was retaliated against and discriminated against and end up winning a wrongful termination lawsuit.
Pros and Cons
The pay Is great, and I loved my coworkers
The culture of the company is horrible management is very racist

I was only able to work there for 6 weeks but the store is a very young, diverse crew and the manager, Jason, is a good dude from my limited experience.

Good pay, shift meal
Lots of kids that are trying to be adults. None, really.

Is a really good company to work with.
they believe in the art of building from the scratch.
and maintain a development program for employees who wants to grow.
there is a beautiful philosophy in that company. but turns out it's classified as the fast food sector and the operation struggle due to short staffing. the store management struggles to relieve the team from the excessive amount of work to do on the daily basis. And it goes downhill
Pros and Cons
paid brake, free meal, paid vacations, sick days, paid time off, 401K,
low pay rates for the front line of the operation, fast employee rotation, overwhelming environment

As far as management goes to high of expectations for little reward. They work you to the bone, I had one other shift leading manager and we were expected to work 7 days a week every single day if we couldn’t find relief which we rarely could. Worst company to work for. I don’t recommend getting hired and expecting any kind of growth.
Pros and Cons
Free lunch
Relentless work hours
