About Chocolatier

What does a Chocolatier do?

As Chocolatiers, we are responsible for making chocolate and chocolate products. We leverage essential production skills of the trade including tempering and molding to develop individual chocolate and chocolate products including truffles. We design and make chocolate showpieces, explore flavor combinations, and devise new recipes. Cleaning and disinfecting premises, equipment, materials, and evaluating operations of equipment is one of our main responsibilities. We perform quality testing of raw materials and final products. Working as Chocolatiers, we monitor manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
