What does a Choir Director do?

As Choir Directors, we lead and direct choirs during musical performances. We instruct all the choir members to rehearse frequently or before the performance to improve perfection. We also instruct the choir members to dress appropriately in a specific event or even have a matching outfit. We also conduct auditions to identify and select suitable choir members to add to the choir. We provide necessary guidance and direction during choir rehearsals to assist choir members to achieve the correct tone, pitch, rhythm, tempo, and harmony. During the performance, we direct choir members to ensure that the desired sound is achieved.
