Hired as lead researcher and writer for a national training award. Worked collaboratively with most department leaders to share their stories of innovative training initiatives. There was a strong commitment from leadership, up to the C-suite. It is an outstanding health system that is truly patient-focused, committed to consistent improvement of their services, and cares about their employees.

I worked for ChristianaCare Hospital for 12 years and enjoyed both positions. Amazing leaders and co-workers. Salary satisfactory. Like most organizations and companies there are pros and cons depending on what each individual employee is looking for. I Transitions from one position to another because of outsourcing but was given another opportunity for another position within the organization. Great place to work.

Pros and Cons
Ability to transition. Salary.
