The managers discuss you prformace with other managers and employees versus talking to the employee and providing training and assistance. The have been place in files without employee knowledge, and is a issue when you request to review your own file. I love the company, however the managers will talk and play favorites. HR will listen to the complaint, but nothing will br done. I have heard MGR state that they are waiting on a employee to make mistakes so they can get them out of there. It seems the other departments have aloso had this problem. On a positive note the company provides recognition to the employees and days for employees to enjoy including days out, ordering food, and time off.

Pros and Cons
Provide lunch, great random acts toof rewards, great schedule
Terrible management, no assistance w/growth, Mgmt friends with HR, preformace discussedw/employees

Great organization, where the culture makes room for a nice environment to work in. There isn't a ton of interpersonal issues, but people will be people. The company is growing so there are lots of opportunities for growth.

After I started working there, they changed my tasks and duties, didn't provide training and management had disagreements. They treated one of my co-workers who was white horrible but made her do all the work while upper management took the credit for it. A newer co-worker who was Hispanic, management applauded her but she was often rude, on her phone mostly, didn't do her job well, and made tons of mistakes! If you're white, you better work elsewhere! Benefits were a total joke! Awful!

Pros and Cons
Free lunches catered
Poor management, partial- helped some people, horrible benefits, changed job description and duties.
