After I started working there, they changed my tasks and duties, didn't provide training and management had disagreements. They treated one of my co-workers who was white horrible but made her do all the work while upper management took the credit for it. A newer co-worker who was Hispanic, management applauded her but she was often rude, on her phone mostly, didn't do her job well, and made tons of mistakes! If you're white, you better work elsewhere! Benefits were a total joke! Awful!
Pros and Cons
Free lunches catered
Poor management, partial- helped some people, horrible benefits, changed job description and duties.
