The environment was completely toxic, upper management only cared for themselves and the bottom line. Clients were ill treated only given the bare minimum of care. Higher Up cared nothing for the patients or caregivers. All they cared about was the numbers. They hired completely random people, many were incompetent or were unqualified or capable of taking care of the clients i.e. they hired many ladies unable to perform the duties needed because of cultural or religious restrictions like changing male clients that need diapers or giving them baths. Many weren’t able to perform cooking duties because they were not trained to cook for the dietary needs of the men they were assigned to. When this was brought to the attention of the management department I was disciplined and then terminated for creating a hostile environment
