Chrysalis is an organization that help people with disabilities to live their life at best. They have been working in Heber City, Utah since 1985. They started as a Sheltered workshop that only helps 14 people. Now they are serving over 500 people with 1500 employees. The company is on a mission to provide support and opportunities to individuals so they can live, work, and participate effectively in the community. They have mainly three services which are Residential care, Autism services, and Host Homes. They need kind-hearted people, people who are willing to help others. They give benefits like Health Insurances, Savings account, Life Insurance and other vacation benefits.
