Not a good place . They don’t value their employees at all . They push you not to take lunches or breaks they didn’t give any hazard pay they kept it for themselves the Drs didn’t even get any . They start new employees $3 more an hour than the people that are their 10-20 years and everyone is leaving .

Pros and Cons
A paycheck
They don’t want you to take lunches or breaks and work you like a mile

I was underpaid and undervalued. My contract was then sold over like property to another Tyrant UPMC Pinnacle which also treated physician as a number. This is a business. Healthcare entities don’t care about their providers, nurses or patients. All they care is about making money. Not patient care or staff.

Pros and Cons
It’s a job
Not compensated well and not treated well.
