I first started at the trenton location. I loved my boss there and my co workers. Then i got transferred to southgate location. Thats when it started to downward spiral. Most of the people were "clicky" i had kept being promised i could move up and become a banker. They were all just broken promises and so i left citizens and went to Comerica.

Pros and Cons
Free lunch on occasion
Way too "clicky", broken promises,

I worked for Janitorial, easy job and easy money. You work M-F 530am to 2pm. You get every holiday off paid and plenty of vacation time. I loved my job one of the best jobs I've ever had. Great people around you s d grest co workers. However, because of a stupid policy i was suspended/fired from my postion fot a year because I was involved in two accidents with in 12 momth period. I was told even if its not my fault and someone hits me while in my company vehicle it still is my fault and therefore a liability. This is what happened to me.

Pros and Cons
You get paid weekly and dont have people breathing down your neck to get things done. 1st shify
Stupid polices that do more harm than good if you're driving a company vehicle.

I spent 25 years at Citizens Bank I’ve been there from the worst of times to when they became an IPO company. I got honestly say this is a company that is not afraid of hard work making changes and becoming greater year after year. There is room for career development if you’re willing to put in the work to move to where you want to be within the company.

Pros and Cons
friendly office and celebrate Special occasion.
May have to take your car to a parking lot and get on a bus parking is expensive.

I think Citizens Bank is a good career choice for someone just entering the work force to get some experience. And for those who don't mind being treated like a robot. The corporate culture is not for everyone, and certainly not for me! The micromanaging is horrific and the path to raises and promotions is almost non existent. Unless your goal is to be a cog in a chain that doesn't get noticed unless you begin to squeak, stay away.

Pros and Cons
Perks for management only are okay.

Management is awful. They are never wrong and promoted by the friends and family plan. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy poor management and senseless stress.

Pros and Cons
Benefits and 401K Plan.
Poor management and everything that goes along with it.
