City of Aurora

I began my career with the City of Aurora at a relatively young age and found great fulfillment in continually learning and growing during my tenure. Leaving was challenging as I had formed strong bonds with colleagues and valued the supportive work environment. If given the opportunity, I would gladly return to the City of Aurora. Towards the end of my time there, I noticed positive changes, particularly in efforts to align with market standards and ensure fair compensation for employees. I cherished the camaraderie with my coworkers and appreciated the guidance of my managers throughout my time with the city.
