Eau Claire is situated about 85 miles east of Minneapolis-St. in northwestern Wisconsin. Paul, incorporated in 1872, has a population of over 65,000 at the moment. A 2020 Strategic Plan has recently been approved by the Eau Claire City Council and City Administration.
