Cityteam is a community outreach organization that is founded upon Christian values and principles especially love for our neighbours. The organization is based in the USA and has programmes running in San Jose, San Francisco, Oakland, Portland and Chester. It aims to restore livelihoods of the many people in the cities who are struggling with problems such as homelessness, food insecurity, domestic violence, drug and alcohol dependency and any other destabilizing issues. The organization has endeavoured to reach it aims through its diverse programmes which include; neighbourhood pantries and hot meal programmes, transitional housing programmes, spiritual guidance and support, economic empowerment programmes, educational and training among many others. City team is open to work with any competent volunteers in their various programmes such as tutors, cleaners, food servers and distributors and any other relevant skills. They are also open to corporate partnerships.
