About Claims Adjuster

What does a Claims Adjuster do?

As claim adjusters, we specialize in various fields such as auto, catastrophic, property, or medical claims. When working as medical claim adjusters, we determine the procedures needed when clients seek medical insurance policies. We warrant an insurance claim after examining the medical histories of our clients. In auto claims, we work as insurance company workers and we are assigned to determine claims in case of accidents. We view damaged cars before deciding on the resettlement agreements. Property claims adjusters are tasked with the evaluation of businesses or home damages as a result of natural disasters such as storms and floods.

Core tasks:

  • evaluating insurance claims
  • examining medical histories of our customers before settling on an insurance policy
  • creating and resettling insurance policy claims
  • viewing damaged property in the field before making compensations
