What does a Claims Associate do?

As Claims Associates, our primary tasks involve processing and evaluating insurance claims to determine their validity. We handle the documentation and review of each claim, checking for accuracy and completeness. We communicate with clients and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates.
