The company believes in the state of the art services for its customers and full transparency. Clearent has developed its own technologically advanced processing system from scratch. Some of these systems are Horizon Processing Engine; Quest Payment Gateway, and Compass Reporting Tool. The company was founded by Dan Geraty in 2005 in his hometown of St. Louis with its first project being the development of Horizon Processing Engine. The company established partnerships with one of the largest credit card companies, MasterCard and Visa in 2008, Discover in 2009, and American Express in 2014. With 45,000 plus merchants worldwide, Clearent process $14 billion worth of transactions each year. Keep in mind, this is a commission only job, so you work hard and take like 50% of what you bring in, the other benefits they provide make this less heartbreaking.
