What does a Clerical Support do?

As Clerical Supports, we involve daily office duties such as data entry, answering phone calls, and sorting and filing documents. We use different types of executive and office support roles. We comprise the recording of financial transactions using spreadsheets and other financial software. We involve the completion of basic banking, marketing, and record-keeping. We work with the collection and distribution of money in an office. We communicate with customers or collaborators by answering their questions, passing along relevant information, and addressing customer complaints. We do compile, copying and sorting records of office activities. We operate office machines like voicemail systems, photocopiers and scanners, and personal computers. We check and record information from company emails and pass them along to relevant departments in the company.
