About Clerk

What does a Clerk do?

As Clerks, we are responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties, including answering phone calls, typing documents, and liaising with clients. We take messages from clients, greet them, and respond to their queries. Maintaining and updating databases and transcribing documents is one of our main responsibilities. We operate office equipment and communicate with clients and employees. Working as Clerks, we book and prepare meeting rooms and ensure that refreshments are made available. We book flights and accommodation as required and coordinate activities with office staff.
