About Client Account Manager

What does a Client Account Manager do?

As Client Account Managers, we schedule regular meetings and seminars to meet prospective clients and understand their short-and long-term needs while pitching them how our services will help them on a regular basis. We also manage the client’s account and ensure that no expense goes beyond its predetermined budget and only make adjustments after the client’s authorization. We coordinate with other departments within the company to fix new issues in the client’s accounts.

Core tasks:

  • analyze the client’s financial data to learn about their behavior
  • keep accurate and well-documented records about their activities
