As Client Account Representatives, we develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts, develop new relationships through office and field visits, discuss with other people prospective jobs along with equipment needs. We support the bidding process and search for new customers, perform as a resource for local and domestic information, develop agreements for a corporate account, and complete a checklist for new corporate accounts. We review customer's accounts every month through accounts receivable, solve all identified issues, and interact with vendors to facilitate timely delivery of completed work. We also provide dedicated and customer service supporting field sales proceeds generation, perform all functions consistently like processing quotes, placing orders, and expediting backorders. We research, identify and implement continuous improvement, identify continuous opportunities for growth and improvement in existing accounts.
