Client Manager - SLED World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has a Client Manager opportunity supporting the SLED (State, Local and Education) team in Raleigh, NC. Our State, Local and Education (SLED) team is experiencing tremendous growth and expanding year over year This Client Manager will achieve goals by selling World Wide Technology's core capabilities: Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security and Digital Transformation. Through our suite of products to include multiple OEM's : Cisco, Dell EMC, HP, NetApp, VMware, etc. Client Managers will also work to expand WWT's footprint of services capabilities including deployment services and post deployment strategic staffing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Selling IT solutions (Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security, Digital Transformation) and WWT Professional Services to State, Local and Education customers. Selling products and services offered by WWT (Infrastructure Modernization, Multi-Cloud Architecture, Security and Digital Transformation) Professional networking to build relationships with executive and decision making managers at targeted clients. Working with an inside sales team in coordinating various sales activities (quoting, order processing, etc). Maintaining client and vendor relationships. Continuing education on evolving networking, unified communication, virtualization, and storage technology. QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a successful track record in sales within the SLED market. Experience with consultative services sales approach is highly desired. Understanding the technical challenges and demands within Public Sector. Strong consultative services sales experience is highly desired. Understanding the technical challenges and demands within Public Sector. Ideal experience includes sales of technology focused on Unified Communication, Storage, Datacenters or Virtualization. Experience with Security, Wireless, and BYOD is also preferred. Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to interrupt clients' technical challenge and develop the appropriate solution. Critical skills necessary are account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within the customer's organization, and managing partner relationships. Outstanding communication and organizational skills required. Must be a US Citizen Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
