As Client Program Managers, we are responsible for optimizing service delivery and providing consultative support and guidance to clients. We play an important role in building strong relationships with customers and partners. Our key accountability is to ensure client growth. Besides delivering outstanding customer service, Client Program Managers provide consultation and direction to other team members and perform compliance management activities.
