About Client Relations Manager

What does a Client Relations Manager do?

As Client Relations Managers, we establish productive, professional relationships with key contacts in assigned client accounts. We are also accountable for managing the client system configurations, fields and data mappings, and their support and maintenance. We analyze MISMO and XML Data Files generated from Loan Origination Systems (LOS). We also partner with senior members to manage the client relationship, including operational and technical client support backed by additional resources to proactively assess and validate client needs.

Core tasks:

  • troubleshoot client’s operational and technical issues
  • communicate and document requirements, testing plans, and projected timelines
  • partner with required departments across the organization to meet account performance objectives
