About Client Relations Representative

What does a Client Relations Representative do?

As Client Relation Representatives, we build professional relationships between customers and companies by providing solutions to customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries. We establish and maintain relationships with customers by ensuring that goods are bought, and services are rendered. We work hand in hand with other departments to ensure complaints are handled and build strong relationships between customers and the company. We plan coordinate and schedule activities like seminars and sales meetings that help enhance the relationship between our customers and the company. We enlighten our customers on the significance of our products, policy, and procedures for better business/working relationships.

Core tasks:

  • provision of updates regularly to customers on the progress of our services as it affects them
  • collaborating with other departments to provide the best services for customers
  • giving professional advice for customers to enhance business relationship
  • serving as the primary link between customers and the company
