What does a Client Relationship Executive do?

In the role of Client Relationship Executive, our primary responsibility is to ask in-depth questions from the customers to understand their financial situations and mindsets. We have the ability to deliver the software services to the customers by convincing them and satisfying them with the company's quality standards. Working as Client Relationship Executives, we are accountable for coordinating with the sales department of the company to identify more business opportunities within the existing customer base. We also prepare documents based on the results of current activities and update the salesforce department about it. We provide continuous feedback to the management and leadership teams for ensuring the proper execution of given tasks.

Core tasks:

  • assisting sales and marketing teams
  • consulting the customers of the company
  • participating in customer meetings whenever required
  • performing other duties as assigned
