About Client Service Associate

What does a Client Service Associate do?

As Client Service Associates, we are responsible for assisting Relationship Managers in various aspects of customer servicing and provide support to the Investment team. We provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. We participate in customers development and retention programs. Delivering product training and presentations to customers is also a part of our duty. We respond to client inquiries about products and services promptly. As Client Service Associates, we are responsible for identifying new business opportunities using client contacts. We analyze client problems and work with other teams to find immediate solutions. We develop process enhancements to achieve service goals. Finally, we keep track of current and potential clients in a database.

Core tasks:

  • staying updated about company products and services
  • notifying customers about new developments
  • maintaining best practices to improve service quality
  • keeping track of all customer calls
