About Client Service Coordinator

What does a Client Service Coordinator do?

As Client Service Coordinators, we are responsible for processing complex customer orders and offering professional customer support to major accounts. We manage the order process for correctness from order entry to product delivery. We keep a database of client information for accuracy. Responding to client inquiries in compliance with company standards is also a part of our duty. We answer questions related to billing, sale orders, and shipment deliveries. Working as Client Service Coordinators, we are responsible for managing order processes with sales, advertising, and manufacturing staff. We enter data of weekly customer invoices accurately into the accounting system. We change and add information to client accounts. Finally, we confirm orders and account details with customers by phone and email.
